We now have a weekly post for music that BMTM wants to share to you, that we do not get the chance to do so on the single reviews. It's so amazing getting emails and messages from a whole variety of people with music they want to share; either their own or simply wanting to let me know about what they like.
So here is a new weekly update of what is surfacing around the world, that is waiting to be heard and is the start of something great for a songwriter or artist. Please share your own music or music you love for this whenever you can, can email or a drop a direct message over on instagram!
Such a beautiful and crafted number, companied by a home video montage of the artists life. The strumming pattern is uplifting, while the melody seems so reflective. Alex again is showing his knack at writing pure and wholesome music.
Vocally, Grace Bland sounds wonderous over the synth beat and the repetitive hook is an ear-worm. If you are looking for a passionate, synth pop sound, then get over and listen to this artists potential.
Venetia Wilde sounds utterly beautiful on her debut single, 'You and I'. Her singing and acoustic guitar are accompanied by some lovely keys and a great sounding brass section, giving the song an element of class to it.
The blend of Catfish and Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds here, a decent mix right! Donny sounds magical and filled swagger on his latest single, a stomper to fill the misty indie dance floors.
Beautiful stripped back acoustic here, filled with some pure vocals that will leave you smiling and shivers down your spine. Amie Huckstep truly sounds so assured on this song and her debut EP, 'Retold''.
How piercing is the emotion of this song???? Wow, it just hits me every time I listen to it. Frankie Davies delivers a delicate number that has a beautiful slide guitar and a melody that is just as beautiful.
The debut single by the band is a real fire cracker, making you want to strut down in a parker and feel like you are finally off to a rock n roll gig again. The tones of the guitar are awesome that really make the song.
The Newcastle based band, have released their debut album recently and what a cool spin this one is. It is filled with such interesting tones and would easily be at home on a Peaky Blinders soundtrack. Maybe a supporting slot for Nick Cave in the future?
